  • Works as both a sheen adhesive for collage

  • Great with opaque colours with a  creamy consistency

  • Mix with gloss medium varnish to create a satin effect.

  • Gives fluidity to delicate brushwork

  • can be used as an extender

  • use as a matte fixative over artwork( ! part matte med to 1 part distilled water)

  • used as a transparent ground( can be used as a substitute for rabbit skin and hide glue sizing traditionally used for oil painting)

  • for exterior walls  somewhat smooth surfaces apply two coats of medium prior to gessoing
